  It was possible to meet a teacher, so interest was being excited about a thing of “qigong” more again. But, “even the one of the head,* thought” will increase in “physical strength and the willpower… “, and is certain, and an appreciated thing is that the efficiency of the work had improved. I don’t get tired. This is regarded as the help of the teacher.
