It went to Mr. Kaku’s place by a friend’s introduction.
Since Mr. Kaku told saying “It is better to sometimes fast in order to clean up since man’s body becomes dirty in food and becomes sick”, it got interested in a fast very much.
at first, since he has to make a family’s meal, working, he can fast — it is — although considered, it decided “let’s do our best” as he could do his best, and carried out intermission foods on the 8th.
Since the number which was not in sight for nine years was in sight when the scale was taken, it was very glad.
And food was very delicious for the first time after the fast.
It ate anew and felt the importance of the thing.
Now, the stomach becomes small and it is continuing becoming thin.
I am thankful to Mr. Kaku from the bottom of my heart.
