Finally the first fast also became at last in today.
It was painful when saying at a word.

Under the present circumstances, although the idea was carried out to it being the absorption in reading of the wish unenthusiastically after serving and every day was passed, since the body was hardly moved, it was not able to be said that it was comfortable.
however —   If it finishes and sees, the body has the lightness which became transparent, and the invigoration which is not is felt only by weight decreasing.
And in all food and all the acts to eat, the sense of values changed a lot.
Although he thought that great concern was brought until now also, it turned out well that there was a big viewpoint also independently.
It seems to be like [ which changes a view of life ] for me.
I can experience what is called fast and appreciate that it was very good.
From now on, it is the reset body, and I think that he would like to live and go, uniting owner difficulty and うと手 with all food and all the things eaten in the feeling of deep gratitude.
